Lisa

My name is Lisa and I am a Registered Paediatric Nurse with experience in paediatric critical care and general medical care. I knew from the minute I went to look around Joshs Care Company that I wanted to part of the JCC family as we share the same values on providing safe, personalised and exceptional care. I am excited to meet all of our lovely clients and to make a positive impact in their care delivery. When I am not at work, I enjoy spending time with my family and our cockapoo. I also LOVE all things Christmas and hugs.

Howard

I started as a Clinical Support Worker on a stroke ward in 2008 whilst studying for BSc in Pharmaceutical science. I then I built a strong foundation in patient care before pursuing a MSc in Clinical Research, further strengthening my analytical and evidence-based practice skills. In 2015 I got a secondment into a nursing degree and became a nurse in 2017 where I have gained experience in neurosurgery  and  post operative care . I also spent some time as band 6 nurse practitioner in neurology , where we held Botox clinics for chronic migraines and those suffering from neurological conditions Expanding my scope, I later worked  as a Clinical Nurse Advisor for NHS 111 ,  providing remote assessments and treatment recommendations. After a few years doing agency work in acute medicine and surgical wards, I  came to Josh’s care where I was attracted by their values  and great vision where the patient is really at the heart of everything they do . I have come to JCC to continue  to apply my diverse nursing skills  as a complex  care nurse and help deliver  high quality care to our service users whilst playing a central role in facilitating staff competencies. Outside  of work, I enjoy playing  and watching football and following Formula 1, where I admire speed and strategy—both on the track and in patient care!”

Locality Manager
April

Hi, I’m April and I’ve joined JCC as a locality manager. I’ve 12 years caring experience, ranging from domiciliary care, to palliative care and senior staff in a care home.

I applied to JCC for a new challenge after hearing amazing reviews of the company. I have been welcomed straight away into the crew and can honestly say this is the nicest company I’ve worked for. I’m really looking forward to meeting the staff and all our lovely clients

In my spare time my husband and I love a good adventure, so far this year we’ve been to Belfast, Krakow, Italy, Belgium and France.

At home we have two whippets, Sonny and Luna, a small herd of cats and a brood of children (we don’t do things by halves)

She is very approachable and caring to the people that she manages and expects the highest standards of care from them. She enjoys working with the people we care for and getting a clear understanding of their needs.

Kelly has excellent communication and organisational skills to ensure that the quality of care that is received is in line with our company values.

Siobhan

My name is Siobhan. I have spent most of my adult life working in the healthcare industry. I spent 16 years as a support worker with a specialised spinal injury rehab unit before coming to JCC as a support worker and completing my nursing degree. I now work as part of the clinical team, supporting our service users and their teams to allow them to have the best quality care. Outside of work, I have 3 beautiful children. This all leaves very little free time but I also enjoy doing my bit for various charities in the form of sponsored walks, runs, etc. Most recently, I had 12 inches of my hair cut off which was donated to The Little Princess Trust who will use it to make wigs for little girls who are going through cancer treatment. The next event I’ve signed up for is a half marathon, raising money for The Lucas Brand MoyaMoya Foundation.
