Complex Nurse
Lindsay
Lindsay is a highly skilled and experienced Complex Nurse at Josh’s Care Company. In her role, Lindsay provides specialised nursing care to individuals with complex medical needs. She assesses and monitors patients’ health conditions, administers medications, manages medical equipment, and coordinates with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and personalised care. Lindsay’s expertise and compassionate approach contribute to the well-being and comfort of our clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of nursing care.

Stephanie
Hi I’m Steph, Registered Nurse. My background has been 11 years in the community in the NHS, I started as a Healthcare Support Worker and worked my way up to Nursing Associate and then on to Registered Adult Nurse. I was ready for a new challenge and I am so excited to join Josh’s care, to meet all of the service users and continue to be the positive difference in peoples lives. I absolutely love being a nurse and have strived my whole career to be the best I can possibly be for the people I meet. I am keen to ensure patient centred care is at the forefront and will go above and beyond to facilitate the highest quality nursing care.
Locality Manager
Kamila
I am Kamila, I have 7 years of care experience, with all different age groups of care, from children to adolescence to elderly. I also have level 5 degree in health and social care, in the knowledge that I have I wanted to show what else I can do and applied to work for Joshs care company as a locality manager. I have had the most welcoming start, and it really is a pleasure to be working for JCC. I would say my hobbies are I enjoy seeing my friends, going out for meals, and going for walks with my dog.

Hayley
I’m Hayley and I’ve joined JCC as a registered nurse. I’ve been in the nursing industry since 2013, and qualified in 2016 at the university of Lincoln.
I really love being a nurse, you get to meet so many amazing people, with so much strength and determination which inspires me every day. My background consists of general medicine, palliative care, district nursing, and working in nursing homes.
I applied to JCC for a new challenge, and I’ve loved every single minute of working here. It’s the right balance of work & play!! It’s a lovely team to be part of.
My favourite thing to do is travel! I have family in Ibiza, and in Cornwall so I really enjoy being by the sea whenever I can be. I also love spending time with my partner Sam, and our sausage dog
