Glyn Smith

Lisa Smith

Lisa Smith, as a founder and director of Josh’s Care Company, plays a vital role in overseeing the organization’s operations and driving its success. With a strong background in healthcare and business management, Lisa brings her expertise to establish and maintain the highest quality of care services. Lauri Smith

Lauri Smith has recently joined the Family business and JCC team after moving from a Regional Directors post for Maria Mallaband Care Group Limited.

Being Josh’s sister, starting my position at Joshs Care as CEO seems like the next organic step in my career, having had significant growth within the healthcare industry. I have experience in management in varied settings including mental health, learning disability, elderly care, complex nursing and dementia care.

I recently achieved my MSc in Global Leadership and Management in Health Care with distinction through Teesside University which I can now use to continue to develop the company. Using my knowledge, health psychology and personal values, I continuously strive towards inclusivity, empowerment, health and wellbeing and equality for all.

Finance and Payroll Manager
Jayne Nicholson

Jayne Nicholson serves as the Finance and Payroll Manager at Josh’s Care Company. Her role involves managing all financial aspects of the organisation, including budgeting, financial reporting, and payroll administration. Head of Talent Acquisition
Alice Lindley

Alice Lindley serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Josh’s Care Company. Her primary responsibility is to identify and attract talented individuals to join the care team. Alice manages the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring decisions. With her vast experience in the Health and Social sector she has acquired a mass of knowledge that she uses to oversee the operations of the business. Lisa collaborates closely with the locality managers, the care team, clients and their families and friends to ensure that all aspects of care are delivered seamlessly and within the company values. Her exceptional skills, communication abilities, and dedication to client satisfaction contribute to the efficient and effective care that we deliver. 

Business Development Manager

Sabrina Waterhouse

Sabrina has been employed at Joshs Care Company as a Business Development Manager, she brings with her a positive and inclusive approach. Sabrina is passionate about community involvement and engagement being accessible for all and has a creative approach to event planning and fundraising.
